Please Help Care for the Camping Areas
You can help us maintain a beautiful setting if you:
  • keep all equipment, including vehicles and trailers within the campsite defined by the pine barriers.
  • ask your friends and visitors to park their vehicles in the main carpark
  • protect screening between sites by not walking through this area or tying ropes in trees and shrubs
  • use fire places for cooking only. Gas appliances only can be used at your campsite.
  • refrain from feeding or interfering with the wildlife
  • leave domestic animals and plants at home as they are not permitted in the camping areas or elsewhere in the National Park
  • avoid digging trenches, particularly around tents, as it destabilises the soils and leads to rapid erosion
  • use bins and drains provided to dispose of solid and  liquid wastes. Recycle bins are provided for glass, plastic and aluminium
  • leave generators and air compressors at home as they are not permitted. They disturb other campers and wildlife
